Elevated 5xx errors from Image Optimizer in Asia Pacific

Resolved: A configuration change to the image transform workers in SIN and HKG caused intermittent 502 responses for uncached variants. The change was rolled back and error rates returned to normal. Cached images were not affected.

Delayed analytics in the console

Resolved: Analytics data in the console was delayed by up to 25 minutes because of a backlog in our ingestion pipeline. No data was lost, and traffic delivery was not affected.

Increased latency in São Paulo (GRU)

Resolved: An upstream transit provider in São Paulo had packet loss. Traffic was shifted to alternate providers and latency returned to normal within 18 minutes.

Scheduled maintenance: Frankfurt (FRA)

Completed: Hardware upgrades in FRA. Traffic was moved to AMS and ZRH during the maintenance window with no customer impact.
