Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LazerFast Networks, Inc. (“LazerFast”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit our websites, use the LazerFast Console, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, billing details and password (stored as a salted hash).

Information you send us. When you fill out a contact form, open a support ticket or email us, we collect the information you provide.

Service data. To deliver content for our customers, our edge servers process request metadata such as IP addresses, request URLs, user agents and timestamps. We keep this data for a limited time for security, troubleshooting and billing, and we give customers the analytics and logs derived from it.

Website usage. We collect basic usage data about our own website, such as pages viewed and referrers. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example payment processing and email delivery), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal obligations. Edge request logs are kept for up to 30 days unless a customer configures log streaming to their own storage.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, use our contact form and choose Privacy request.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews.
