Do you charge for requests?
No. We bill only for bandwidth delivered, plus image transforms where applicable. Requests are unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I get attacked?
DDoS mitigation is unmetered. Attack traffic we drop is never counted toward your bandwidth.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Pro and Business plans are available annually at a 15% discount. Enterprise agreements are typically 12 or 24 months.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards on self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice via ACH or wire transfer.
