Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by LazerFast Networks, Inc. (“LazerFast”). By creating an account or using the services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account, and you are responsible for all activity under your account and API tokens. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of the services

You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for the content served through your zones.

3. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance each month or year, and usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your Enterprise agreement.

4. Service levels

Service level commitments, where applicable, are described in your plan or Enterprise agreement. Service credits are the sole remedy for failure to meet a service level.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if your use poses a security risk to the services or to others. You may cancel at any time from the console.

6. Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided, the services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazerFast’s total liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
